These terms govern your use of Launchly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and any activity under them. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Do not use Launchly to send spam, host illegal content, or abuse the API. We may suspend projects that put the service or other users at risk.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed per project on a recurring basis through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the changelog content you publish. You grant Launchly the permission needed to host, render, and deliver it through the page, widget, feeds, and emails.

Termination

You can stop using Launchly and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Launchly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
